Still have to consider all of this:

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for writing and for also mentioning some other people who are working on the same issues that you found on Kevin Annett’s site.

I have little good to say about Kevin since the trial in 2002. He bears a lot of responsibility for having been the cause of the lawsuit that included myself and Kevin and five other individuals. The court case provided an opportunity for Kevin to enter into the record all of his allegations made against a number of figures involved in assorted activities at the time. Rather than venturing into the court room he opted to escape detection by alluding being served his summons and then basically hiding outside the courthouse on the day of the injunction hearing. He of course will say that he had other reasons for not appearing such as that he would have been instantly arrested and tossed into jail or that I recommended that he not appear, etc. These are not legitimate excuses. He basically let down all those who had been supporting him for a number of years.

This type of behaviour on his part over many years and attested to by various individuals who were either ripped off or exploited in one way or another by Kevin has led to his acquiring a reputation for taking advantage of others, both native and non native, for personal gain and reasons of his own.

As well he professes to be a Christian minister which is also false.
